Stay in my ADU, a historic house with a modern interior. It is a private one-bedroom space with a separate entrance. There is also a horizontal queen-sized Murphy bed in the back of the main room with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate fast wifi. Located in the hip and fun neighborhood of Highland Park, close to downtown LA, Pasadena, Glendale, and s short drive to Hollywood and Santa Monica. Close to freeways and public transportation.

Grill on charcoal, dine al fresco under the gazebo, wrapped in bougainvillea, and end the day snuggled under blankets with a glass of wine around the fire pit.

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
