The Kettle Cove neighborhood is beautiful, relaxing, safe, quiet. Kettle Cove and Crescent beaches are a stroll from the home. We live in a 200 year-old farmhouse, and we love to host guests at our guesthouse, which is separate and private. The wide lawn, fire-pit, and BBQ are open for our guests. We are quiet, friendly, inviting, and respectful of our guests' space and privacy. The Red-Brick patio is exclusively reserved for our guests. ***WE REQUIRE FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHTS STAY***

My stay was very nice and relaxing at Katie’s Airbnb! She was very easy to communicate with. I had a little difficulty with checkout and returning the keys but Katie messaged me back quickly to resolve the issue. Her home was very cozy and right next to the beach. I went with three other girlfriends as a little get an away. The pull out coach/ bed was pretty small so maybe keep that in mind. Lovely stay! Thank you!

Beautiful little beach bungalow. Nothing fancy, just an old-school (i.e., 1950s - 1980's) wood-paneled beach cabin with a nice sunroom overlooking Higgins Bay. Very quiet, very peaceful, and just a beautiful area. Just 15-20 minutes from downtown Portland, I'd do this every time rather than stay in Portland proper. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

Christine's place was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It felt brand new, was furnished very tastefully with ample and comfortable seating, was well lit and well thought out to meet the needs of a temporary guest while feeling homey at the same time. In addition to the expected amenities , we were pleased with the many UNCLUTTERED surfaces ( very few useless knick knacks). This allowed us to comfortably spread our stuff out as one tends on such a trip. Nice touches such as charger/usb stations on all of the night tables were also appreciated. We had a minor problem with one of the circuits and Christine's response was immediate. I wish every host was as thoughtful as Christine (and Joe).
