Important note: Friends, I haven't been able to respond to the comments due to a busy schedule at the moment. That's why I'm leaving a note here. Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said that the jacuzzi wasn't working. The jacuzzi is working just fine. The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say that there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water issue, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say that the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the soles will get dirty.

This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance.
