Vacation rentals with beach access in Heybeliada

Öncelikle evin konumu çok iyi. Marmaraya ve Bostancı İskelesine yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Maltepe parkına da aynı şekilde yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj. Bağdat caddesindeki çoğu mekana 15-20 dk mesafede. Mutfak, banyo ve yatak odası gayet temizdi. Mutfak malzemelerini rahatça kullandık ama tavalar biraz çizik olduğu için kendimiz ufak bir tava aldık. Yalnızca halı pek temiz değildi. Çocuksuz konaklamalarda bir problem olmaz ama oğlumuz henüz emekleme aşamasında olduğu için biraz rahatsız etti açıkçası. Özetle, keyifli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Чудове помешкання і дуже привітний власник. В середині було дуже чисто і світло, та сама квартира виглядає новою і стильною. В помешканні було так приємно знаходитись що не хотілося йти на вулицю😄 класний балкон на якому стояв диван (що було неймовірно приємно побачити бо на фото балкону стояли стільці) Житло дуже легко знайти, район сподобався, парки, море що добре підійде для тих, хто хоче відпочити від метушні великого міста. Поруч заклади і гарні парки, метро, пароми, супермаркет, та все що потрібно. Дуже раджу це помешкання☺️

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We had great time at Sami's flat. It is a cozy, very clean and the sitting room specially is very calming. You wake up with the smell of fresh bread from the bakery opposite the building. The area is full of restaurants and shops, very close to the Bosporus and easy access to other attractions. It was so nice we actually love to go back.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Her şey harikaydı. Ev sahibi Mesut Bey her zaman ulaşılabilir ve yardımcıydı. Eve girmeden tüm yönlendirmeleri çok iyi yaptı. Sorabileceğimiz ve ihtiyacımız olacağını düşündüğü her şeyi biz sormadan iletti. Gayet ilgiliydi. Her şey için teşekkürler

The place is BEAUTIFUL! The views are stunning and I felt right at home from the moment I entered the stay. Furkan literally went above and beyond to help me- be it with a late checkout or an early check-in. He and his friend were extremely resourceful and even helped me with my heavy luggage as the stairs were narrow. He was always available and very responsive. You have everything you would need at the stay. There is a hotel a block away with the same views, if not worse, and costs wayy more. I used to put up a projector using a white sheet as a screen at night in the balcony and watch movies. It was lovely! There are two bus stops and one tram stop 200mts away. There is also a ferry 350mts away, takes you to the Asian side (Kadikoy) in 25mins. Totally recommend Furkan’s place.

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Le logement était à la fois authentique, propre, reposant et spacieux. De plus, il était très bien situé à proximité des grands sites touristiques, avec un parc, une supérette et des restaurants pas loins. Mourat et Mucahit ont été très réactifs et très soucieux de notre bien être. Nous avons grandement apprécié les jours passés chez eux. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur pour cela. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! Dommage qu’on ne les a pas connus avant :) À la prochaine occasion, qui sait.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Kendi eviniz rahatlığında, muhteşem manzarası ve konumuyla her zaman gidebileceğim yerlerden biri. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Ev merkezdeydi. Vapur iskelesinden hemen hiç yokuş çıkmadan 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakınında çok güzel restoranlar vardı yürüme yolu vardı balkon yemyeşil bir bahçeye bakıyordu çok sessizdi evde sözü edilen bütün olanaklar vardı temizdi fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı burgazada‘da yine aynı evde kalmak isterim

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍

Zeynep and her family gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. They were always available and happy to help with any of our questions or requests. Their flat was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay in their flat and had great communication with them. We 100% recommend this place.
