The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. Our vacation home "Alte Goldschmiede" in Klingenmünster in the South Palatinate is a design-oriented, lovingly furnished house with a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, living room, dining room and high-quality kitchen. Our house is located in the beautiful southern Palatinate – due to the often sunny weather also called Tuscany Germany. The border with France is only ten minutes that way. The beautiful French Wissembourg can be reached in fifteen minutes.

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Come and stay in our old barn, completely renovated! All the comforts of a contemporary loft with the charm of the old thanks to the exposed beams and original bricks. Great for a stay with family or friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom! A covered outdoor terrace offers a real extension of the living space on the 1st floor. This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Balcony and stilted terrace overlooking Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and are accessible on foot via a tarred hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be waiting for you at the reception desk of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels for check-in.
