We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The spacious loft is brand new, chic and stylishly decorated and very well equipped. It is close to the train station, the sights are within walking distance, yet it is quiet. Parking is subject to a fee. Victoria responded quickly to messages and responded to our requests. I would love to stay there again anytime.

Wonderful stay! I can only agree with the good reviews of the others. Everything is perfect and Susanne is a really great host. We had a few very hot days when we were happy about the cool apartment. We did a wine hike close by and honestly Rita's place was just perfect. very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and super clean shower! our dogs also had a great time !! you won't regret staying here

The accommodation was just right for us! The large amount of wood has a very calming effect and the furnishings are impeccable (you have a lot of storage space, the kitchen lacks nothing and the four-legged friend is also taken care of). The outdoor area is also beautifully designed, so you always feel comfortable. The surrounding area has a lot to offer (forest, many lakes and restaurants), as well as a fast route to Mannheim, Heidelberg, etc. It is really the perfect location, a perfect place to sleep and thus a perfect Airbnb. And the Rewe is really only 2 minutes away, which made everyday life very easy. The two, especially Harry on site, were super helpful and friendly. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for this great time out Harry and Lasse!
