The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. It is a small house, 46m2 of living space. It is separated from the sidewalk by a covered patio (12m2). It is adjoining but independent from the owners' house who leave access to their yard to park the car. Pets are not accepted. Parties are not allowed.
