A sparkling clean house, furnished with a lot of love and practical. There are many small details to discover, the terrace around the garden invite you to use it. The surroundings are amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

We spent 2 weeks in Frank’s house. Every room is big as the photo.Shower room is big and very clean.Frank and Anja take care of the house and the garden very neatly. We left in a hurry and clean the house try our best.I’d like to live here again.

I felt very comfortable with Barbara and her husband. The apartment is large, cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. Barbara is always available for questions. I had a great time there and would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

We stayed 1 night, to go from there to Moviepark for the day. It is a nicely decorated apartment, which is clean, equipped with nice soft bedding, towels, coffee/tea, a nice coffee maker and toiletries. The drinks in the fridge, chocolates and extensive choice of streaming services are nice extras. The only thing I regretted was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable and that the curtains in the living room were not wide enough and therefore did not cover the entire window. The children slept well in the other room. This morning we were at Moviepark in 20 minutes, really great!

Absolute recommendation!!! We were very pleased. The apartment was in impeccable condition. Since we had used the accommodation for almost 3 weeks, there was the possibility of cooking something from time to time. We didn't miss anything, even women's hygiene products. Sarah thought of everything. The bed and the cozy linens gave us the feeling of home during this time. Since my father had a large surgery in Bochum, it was always our perfect retreat. Parking was always available nearby. Very often right outside the door. There were also good shopping facilities nearby and even a laundry. If we ever find ourselves in Bochum again, I would always be happy to stay in this apartment. Thanks Sarah!!!

We stayed at David's house for one night, but the location of the house was easy to find. The house was very clean. It was as shown in the photos. We had a perfect accommodation experience.

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!
