Vacation rentals with a patio in Hermosa Beach

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

The place is very nice. Very considerate to have ponchos and umbrellas, which came in handy. My only issue was the host and co-host both read a message from me asking a question. Neither of them responded, ever. I’m not sure if it was an oversight or intentional.

David was more than helpful with an easy early check in, and he sent an amazing list of things to prepare for, local recommendations and places to see along with some to avoid. His communication was clear, helpful, and very responsive. it was a pleasure to use his space during my trip.

Stayed a night here on my last night in Costa Rica. Spencer was super fast and responsive, and the location is perfect right around the corner from the strip.

Our stay was great. Felt right at home. Had all the amenities listed. Some extra blankets would’ve been great but besides that everything was amazing. Pool and mini golf was a fantastic amenity though you do have to make a reservation for mini golf. Brian was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. We loved everything about it! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was incredible, and we saw scarlet macaws and iguanas daily. Overall, it was a perfect experience!

Villa Momento is such a wonderful property! The house is perfectly maintained, with ample rooms, beautiful bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and lovely spaces to relax and play. The pool is gorgeous, and the house is private and super clean. We were very pleased with how spacious the rooms are, and the gorgeous design touches throughout. The hosts have taken very good care of the appliances, the decor and the comfort of their guests. The fully stocked game room was a hit. We’ve stayed in other properties around Hermosa Palms and this has been our favorite. We usually choose Hermosa Palms because it is not too far away from San José and the amenities are great. The large community pool never feels crowded, the gardens are very well maintained and we feel it is very safe. And it’s great being able to stroll down to the beach and not have to take the car and look for parking. We could not be happier with Villa Momento and we’d love to go back soon!

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

this place is perfect for family or groups. the area is surrounded by beautiful landscapes close to everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend

Rosalia and Morten are amazing hosts and the most attentive hosts I have ever experienced. The high attention to detail and care that they have to provide a positive experience is evident. There is nothing they have not thought of to accommodate any needs a digital nomad may have (and if you need anything just ask! they're so helpful). One of the many things I enjoyed was having the farmer come right to the property for fresh local fruits and vegetables. I did most of my shopping between the farmer and the market in Jaco. The property and accommodation is super for anyone looking to travel and work remotely. Having a car rental is not required at this location but recommended if you want to explore more of the surrounding area. You can easily get an uber into Jaco if you don't have one or you can also enjoy one of the many bikes to explore the many restaurants in the town.

Beautiful place & location!

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home. A very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and centrally located place. I recommend it for your vacation, we have no complaints.
