Completely renovated in 2023, it offers calm and tranquility. To get your stay off to a great start, a bottle of Champagne will be waiting for you in the fridge! You can stroll through the vineyards and the forest, visit our winery in Pouillon (by appointment), taste Champagnes, and more. Great for a stay with family or friends, or for a business trip.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Quiet in the countryside

Self-contained and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers seeking tranquility, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond, and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully furnished the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.
