Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

This stay was fab! It was booked very last minute and Rudy was incredibly accomodating and really understanding of the situation. He made every effort to make everything as smooth as possible. He is incredibly knowledgable of the town, it's history and makes for one hell of a guide of the town of Leuven! The place was as listed, a cosy little room easy to get to from the station and not too far from the centre of town. I'd highly recommend this to anyone passing through !

Die Unterkunft mit Zimmer, Bad und (Gemeinschafts-)Küche war wie beschrieben. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Maria war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bzgl. Check-in/out und der Gepäckaufbewahrung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar, nachts aber trotzdem ruhig genug gelegen, dass man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt bei meinem Aufenthalt!

Great communication and lovely area. The kids loved the Tin Tin themed shower room. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the sunset views on the balcony.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Reinhilde. L'appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et la literie très confortable. Aucun problème de stationnement et la proximité immédiate du supermarché est vraiment top! Merci à Reinhilde et son mari pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Very quiet flat in centre Leuven

I was there for a conference in Leuven. Bob's place was quiet and very spacious for the price. The garden behind was also lovely. It's easily reachable from the train station by bus. I didn't see Bob as I could check in and check out myself, but he was helpful and easily reachable by phone. The small window of the bedroom has no curtain, so it could be quite bright in the morning, but this was easily fixed by putting a pillow there to hide the window, in case you don't like early morning light. Overall, I quite enjoyed the stay there, and I'd come back again if I need to go to Leuven later.
