90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfy single bed . Breakfast prep corner. Toilet & shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance & will be shared with any other guests occupying the other larger Cabin . Parking area. Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans, double sink to wash up. The Internet is available in this area not inside the Hut. There’s some instant coffee, tea black& herbal , instant soup in the Hut.

Pams Place

A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
