It is a beautiful place surrounded by nature. Very nice and clean. Close to restaurants and stores.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Francisco the grounds keeper is super awesome and friendly as are the owners who we got to meet! The house is super well equipped and we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us! Amazing views, grounds are beautifully maintained and the porch is perfect for viewing the city below!! The chicken coupe is right next door and was fun to watch the chickens! Short drive to town and one hour to Irazú volcano and 30 minutes to the Sanatorium which both were worth going to see! We also had a bonfire which was such a treat! Don’t hesitate staying here!!

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

Great place! Just like the photos. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. The shower water was cold but I have gotten used to that in travelling that not every place has the warmest shower water but definitely not a big deal! Everything else worked great, love the private big gate to make the property feel tucked away and private. You can hear running water in the creek or river that's down below which is lovely to listen to. We didn't get a chance to walk down. I love C.R. and plan to be back and would 100% stay here again.

Such a beautiful home with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen and open brick oven that's perfect for BBQs. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Amazing stay! I had some travel issues and they were super flexible with checkin! Great space and definitely felt like the most private and secure spot I stayed during my trip. Lovely outdoor area and plenty of space. Amazing hosts as well!

Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, and we loved having access to a great pool and gym.

My stay at Arturo’s place in Rohrmoser, San José, Costa Rica was truly exceptional—easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, clean, and beautifully furnished, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening a treat. The location couldn’t have been better—set in a safe and secure building, just a short walk from peaceful parks, local cafes, and a variety of excellent restaurants. What really made this stay stand out, though, was Arturo himself. From the beginning, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even showed remarkable integrity and kindness when helping me resolve a personal matter during my trip. Excellent apartment!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

The place is right on a main avenue so expect some noise, other than that there's a lot of bars, restaurants, convenient stores around the neighborhood and it's pretty safe

This was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our trip to San José. Just minutes away from the SJO airport, malls, and restaurants, the location is incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the space itself is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. Self check-in was a breeze, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. The host went above and beyond even lending us a universal charger, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area or have friends visiting San José.

We really liked staying in this house, especially because it is perfect for pets, since the property is completely enclosed and has a large patio with a green area. The house is very nice and well equipped, the main room is very spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and quiet.

The only thing I can call difficult is that there is not internet everywhere in Costa Rica. I therefore missed the images that Juan sent. but well, I came and it was a very nice evening and night Juan helped me a lot in getting food (ordering went well, but the delivery man couldn't find the house and his English and my Spanish weren't good enough to solve that. a nice Host, a beautiful home. recommended.

WOW! We loved our stay!! The rolling hills of hydrangeas were absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed some lightning bugs and beautiful views of the city in the distance. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. We felt super safe and loved the little wood stove. The area is so fun too! Adrian had some great local recommendations for us. We hope to visit again soon!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
