Private One Bedroom Downstairs Flat with Kitchen

This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. The lounge opens up to a small but private backyard which gets plenty of sun in the morning and afternoon. The top floor has the bathroom, an office with desk and monitor and the master bedroom with a queen size bed. Hobsonville Point has all the amenities you need within walking distance including two supermarkets, cafes, a microbrewery, and a ferry to the central city.
