This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy Cabin

(Since the bunk beds are for kids only, the cabin will only accommodate 3 adults and 2 children.) Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

We are located at the base of Bryce Canyon in Tropic, Utah. Our apartment is located at the back of our home. Drive to the back and there will be a night light over the door to the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very nice with two bedrooms and a private entrance. The first room has a queen bed with TV. The second room has a double bed with the bathroom. We provide internet, Dish TV and coffee. Also included is a microwave and a mini refrigerator.

The house was clean and the bed were amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 7 adults. Thank you!

I had a nice stay. Check in was fast and parking was easy. I would recommend if you need an easy in between spot to rest between national parks. There’s not much in the area in terms of food but there are a couple of restaurants nearby.

The quaint rustic cabin was a fun stay. Lots of historic items in the cabin and over in the retreat outdoor area. Very relaxing . We lived the park info building as well as the historic site east of town..

Liz and Max's place was a great place to stay while our group was between Bryce Canyon NP and Capitol Reef NP. We had a great time cooking and roasting smores in their fire pit!

Gorgeous home, beautifully curated. Spacious and private, lots of room for guests. Close to Bryce NP and state parks. Over a 2-week trip to the southwest NPs with 6 different accommodations, this was by far the nicest.
