The apartment has a living room and kitchen, toilet with bath, as well as 2 bedrooms. Room 1: 2 single beds. Room 2: 1 double bed. We live on the 1st floor, with a large shared terrace. In the kitchen, there is free tea, instant coffee, if you stay on a daily basis. There are shopping opportunities and several eateries in the city The North Sea is a 10-minute drive from here. Ground floor apartment of 107 m2 centrally located in Esbjerg. Walking distance to inner city sights. The apartment is divided into two floors that have everything, as well as a cozy garden with a covered terrace, which is unique for such a central location. The bedroom is in the basement, where there is a narrow staircase from the apartment (can be difficult to access if you are poorly walking), or a separate entrance that can be used from the entrance. There is also a large inflatable air mattress in the living room as a bed for the 3rd person.

Die Strompreise in Dänemark sind sehr hoch, sind aber in den Preis enthalten.

Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
