House vacation rentals in Henlopen Acres

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

Christie's place was fantastic! Incredibly clean, spacious, and perfectly located within walking distance to grocery stores, outlets, and entertainment like movies and go-karts. We loved relaxing on the screened-in porch with views of the peaceful pond. Christie herself is an exceptionally kind and accommodating host, always quick to respond and very helpful. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Heather’s place! It was kid friendly, spacious, and clean. Our kids loved the bunk bed and big backyard :) there are lots of restaurants and breakfast places within a 5 minute drive too! We hope to be back again when weather is warmer!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Highly recommend!! Perfect place for a girls weekend. Ample sitting areas for games and chatting, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, within 15 minutes of several beaches and restaurants. Ravyn provided great recommendations for dinner options and was easily accessible.

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

From the minute I made my reservation, Paul was nothing but welcoming. He provided me with local events and well-rated restaurants to visit during my vacation. Upon arrival to his home there was an easy access number lock that was more than easy to use. Paul’s home comes fully equipped with all linens, toiletries and kitchenware. It’s comfortable to stay in and the people in the community were also very nice. His home is within easy walking access to the beach and has a garage full of all the beach necessities. At one instance during our stay the AC malfunctioned and Paul not only responded immediately but was able to fix the AC within a couple of hours. Overall, I never felt I needed anything while staying in his home; due to it being phenomenally stocked. It resides in a beautiful community and there is plenty to do while there. Whether you enjoy the beach, love to eat or love to shop. I 1000% recommend Paul’s home to others and would definitely stay in his home again.

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Had a great experience at the house. Recently renovated and a good amount of space for our family. The view looking out over the river was very nice. The outdoor space seemed well appointed but with the weather we weren't able to use it much. They also had child sized plasticware for us to use which was appreciated. Furniture was all comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful with good recommendations. We're already thinking about coming back next year!

This was our second time staying at Quang’s house in Rehoboth. It was super comfortable and close to everything. We love coming here! Would highly recommend (especially for families or groups, as there is plenty of room and the house is very spacious).

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

This place was an absolute refuge! The weather was not great and we were able to enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful screened in porch which had space for relaxing and for dining The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for our family.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

Loved the cottage, great location, extremely clean, cute back and front porch, well-stocked. Close to the beach and to town, convenient parking. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again!

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home with our young adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out or to be alone. The porch was amazing, we loved the sunrises. We made lots of yummy meals/desserts and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is private but still close enough to activities, if you really wanna 😉

We had a great stay. Everything looked and was as advertised. Clean house, centrally located to beach, restaurants and bars, with off street parking. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

Our group really enjoyed our time at Katelyn’s place. Home was very comfy and in a great location. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This place is tucked away off the main drag but only ten min from the beach and less than 5 min from restaurants and the Tanger outlets. It was immaculate. All I packed was clothes, Toiletries, and beach stuff. The house is fully equipped. Easy entry. Quick and easy clean up spacious. TV was easy to operate using live streaming. It was the perfect house. Allie is an excellent host. I will definitely use it again.

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!
