I had a wonderful stay during my visit to Las Vegas along with my colleague. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Yandis was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Great location and overall a great experience—highly recommended!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Had a great experience here—needed a place for a long-term stay and this condo was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, close to everything you need, only about 15ish min to the strip and the airport. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had great storage space, which made settling in so much easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful—anytime we had a question or small issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

This property was amazing and the host was nice and communicated well. The property was so spacious and beautiful the two balconies had amazing views and the vibe was outstanding!!! I will deff stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!!!!!

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

This was an amazing Air BNB for my best friends and I!! The bed was so comfortable and it felt like we were back at home! I had some trouble with the lock but Alexis was quick to help me! Thank you for such a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. I was traveling from India to Vegas to join for my new project assignment. I was hoping to get hotel or Airbnb closure to my office for temporary accommodation and am glad I found Stephanie’s place. Apartment was so cozy and felt like home as soon as I entered after a long journey. Instructions were very clear and place was super clean, am really thankful that she offered a complimentary cleaning services during my stay as it was a long stay. She also was very responsive and shared local recommendations for me to explore. I would definitely recommend this place as this is really in minutes distance to strip and many other city attractions. Thanks you Stephanie for making feel like home in other country.

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place, it was exactly what he described, he was very communicative and even accommodated to let us check in earlier. Free parking was a plus, didn’t have to worry about anything our stay. Ty Gabriel.🌟

Miguel’s place was amazing. The pictures don’t do the place justice.. I felt welcomed and the place was clean and quiet. He was awesome at answering questions and overall wonderful host!! He definitely gets 5 stars!!!

Manuel’s place was amazing!!! The entry Instructions were clear, place as described, and the neighborhood exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful environment where we would rest after a busy/noisy time on the strip. We would love to stay at Manuel’s again the next time we visit.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

Melanie’s Air bnb was very clean and was very comfortable! I love how there were 2 different ac’s (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) It got to a very comfortable temperature fast and it was very clean. Melanie was very kind and her instructions of where to park/how to get in was very clear. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.
