Very clean, comfortable cottage in wooded area. Friendly Host. Good communication - we had a small problem with the shower and that was resolved professionally immediately. Small downside: mattress of the double bed quite hard. Not everyone finds this pleasant.

Top location! Accommodation as described and spacious enough for friends/family. Beautifully located in the center with a laser game thing opposite. Very cozy! Jean-Claude was also great!

Great location for cycling

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. An amazing night offered to my husband for his birthday. Having already done several hot tubs, this one is exceptional, and has the little something extra. The pole-dance bar in the bedroom and the centerpiece make the place special. The cleanliness is flawless and the spa is cozy. We will probably test the second hot tub in preparation!

nice little quiet apartment, very nice and private garden (no annoying neighbors opposite). Very well equipped and functional. There is everything you need for a vacation. Very good communication with Tadeu and Lucie who were very responsive and did not hesitate to send us an email the day before our arrival to communicate some recommendations. Upon arrival, a welcome booklet was waiting for us with remote control instructions, etc. and brochures on Lens. Feel free to go to the bakery right next to the building, which is worth it, and very nice saleswomen.

Very nice host, fluid and responsive communication, all the instructions were very clear, a pleasure! The apartment has charm, it is not one of these investor airbnb furnished with 3 ikea cutlery, it is perfectly placed, it is impossible to do more central. In short, perfect for a Lille getaway!

Great stay! Something for everyone. Quiet environment and yet in the heart of Ypres. Everything is perfectly accessible on foot. Beautiful building and very convenient that everyone's bedroom had a separate bathroom. Definitely recommended to return to.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Very nice place, well maintained and very clean, really nice with children with the garden, pool and great toys (just had to move the fragile items in the living room, apologies Sabine for moving them!), great view, lovely kitchen and amenities, friendly host. Definitely recommend.

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.
