The stairs are not suitable for small children or those with difficulty walking. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. We have a Labrador dog that may be in the garden.

The annex is located in the very center of Hornbæk city, so you have everything just around the corner. The small local train that runs between Helsingør and Gilleleje can be heard from the annex. The annex of 50 m2 in floor plan contains 2 lofts with double mattresses, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the loft via a ladder. Ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. Cozy little annex right next to the forest and only 400 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. Small outdoor kitchen on the porch with a refrigerator, gas burner, and grill. Private terrace with table. Access to shower and toilet, washing machine and dishwasher in the main house. Within walking distance to Kronborg Castle and Elsinore's historic city center with cozy shops and good eateries. Great starting point for excursions in North Zealand or a getaway to Sweden. Under an hour's drive to Copenhagen by car or train.

Please note - no smoking applies to all inside and outside areas. You have cows and horses as closest neighbors. The apartment is small, but with room for 4 overnight guests. The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests

Nice Annex with kitchen and ocean views and beach. There is fibernet. Close to Helsingør city and Kronborg. There is a bed of 160 by 200 cm. There's TV and Chromecast. Table and 2 chairs. In the kitchen there are basic kitchen utensils. Small fridge with freezer, 2 hobs, combined microwave and oven. There are towels and bathrobes. There is air conditioning. Use the “mode button” on the remote control to switch between “heat” and “air conditioning”. Please close the window when in use.
