The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with a lovely, enclosed private garden. We are 2 minutes away from a beautiful view of Kullen, the harbor, and the coast, and a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, so there are plenty of opportunities for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from which there is a breathtaking view.

In the kitchen there are basic kitchen utensils. Small fridge with freezer, 2 hobs, combined microwave and oven. There are towels and bathrobes. There is air conditioning. Use the “mode button” on the remote control to switch between “heat” and “air conditioning”. Please close the window when in use.
