Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve ‘Ae's Woudbloem’ and you can find many beautiful bike/hiking tours. In addition, from the cottage you have a beautiful view of Gronings and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away with peace and quiet. The Golden Island is located in the construction of a beautiful city villa on the edge of the historic village center of Parkstad Veendam. This neighborhood is known as The Golden Island, a villa neighborhood with homes built in the period 1910-1930. The Golden Island is set in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seat, kitchen, wc shower, king size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

Groningen Rural nature house near city

Relax wonderfully in this green oasis near the city of Groningen. Fully furnished single-level guest house for 2. You'll love sitting on the covered terrace under the grape bushes with a glass of wine and a good book. You can eat the grapes and maybe there is a zucchini or other fruit or fruit waiting for you from the greenhouse or vegetable garden. In the house is a nice large sofa and desk with good wifi and great views over the lands.

During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
