A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Frankfurt Airport is just a 45-minute drive away, and you’re also very close to the beautiful RheinTerrassenWeg. This beautiful apartment (built in 1581) features a balcony, 4 bedrooms, and excellent Wi-Fi. It is a non-smoking apartment with high-quality furnishings, a living and dining room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.
