You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Located in the rural 1-room apartment in Dexheim, the 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location. Several wineries and ostrich farms are within walking distance. 100m away is a bus stop. In ~4 km away are the wine towns of Nierstein & the worth seeing imperial city of Oppenheim, with various shopping opportunities and S-Bahn connections to Mainz. The place is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers and bike hikers (bikes can be set dry).

Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

This one bedroom unit (25 m²) with a small bathroom in located in a historical monument dating from the late middle-ages. It is ideal for one person who would like to explore the attractions of the historical city of Mainz. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to turn the fresh ingredients from the farmer's market (3 times a week, within walking distance) into a delicious meal.

Small but nice in Schwanheim

A kitchen with living-room space, a bedroom and a bath only for you. The ideal spot for eating, living, sleeping and watching TV. Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

Dieses modern eingerichtete, gemütliche Apartment verbindet die Vorteile einer guten Verkehrsanbindung mit einer schönen landschaftlichen Umgebung. Mit der Bahn ist Frankfurt in 37 Minuten und Mannheim in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Neben den in unmittelbarer Umgebung gelegenen Seen ist auch der Rhein fußläufig gut zu erreichen (15 Gehminuten).
