The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly equipped and offer everything your heart desires: in winter cuddly hours in front of the fireplace, in summer relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the porch. Charming, former farm worker house without TV

In the middle of the village centre of the wine village Bechtheim (1800 inhabitants), on a barely busy neighbouring road, you have the renovated farmhouse of a former winery all to yourself. The kitchen is our small museum, which can not only be viewed, but also used. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We don't have a TV! But for this a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

On the Rhine are many beautiful coves with a sand-kies beach, which can be reached through wide paths. Shopping can be found 1.8 km on foot and 5 minutes by car There is (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Edika, Rossman, Kik, Action). The apartment is all alone for them.
