Gerenoveerd boerenhuis met schuur anno 1901, stond vroeger bekend als de ''Kleine Pastory''. De naam van de B&B “in het Land van Kalk” verwijst naar de diverse kalkovens in de buurt. Een oude Kundersteen groeve uit vervlogen tijden, ligt 200 meter van onze B&B. Voerendaal is de poort van het Limburgse heuvelland. De wandelingen zijn prachtig. Voor fietsers zijn de routes een Walhalla. De Amstel Gold Race en Limburgs Mooiste zijn een van de bekendste wielerrondes die langs onze achtertuin komen.

Freie Fahrt bis in das Gebiet des Campus West/Melaten oder bis in die Aachener Soers (CHIO) nur rund 10 Minuten werden benötigt! Snowworld + Pinkpop ist rund 3 Km entfernt, es fährt ein Buss alle 30 Minuten dorthin, die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Minuten, mit dem Pkw oder Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Die Bushaltestelle liegt etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in der Schoolstraat.

This house is the perfect hideout for a weekend break in Limburg: just 12 walking minutes to the city center and 5 walking minutes to a beautiful forest around medieval castle Terworm. Kinderstad (Kid's Town) is at just 100m from the house. Within 15 car minutes you can visit Gaia Zoo, SnowWorld and picturesque Valkenburg. All that Burgundian Limburg has to offer is right at your feet or within a short drive. Situated at a little square without traffic, this fully equipped house is all you need.

Net als onze andere vakantiewoning ("Sjun Limburg") hebben we "Leef Zuiden" in 2023 volledig gerenoveerd. In deze woning is werkelijk alles vernieuwd (inclusief de binnen- en buitenmuren). De volledig gerenoveerde tuin is omheind en 100% afgesloten. Er is een modern verblijf gerealiseerd die aan alle huidige vereisten voldoet. De vakantiewoning voldoet ook 100% aan de duurzaamheidscriteira. De woning is dan ook volledig geïsoleerd en voorzien van airconditioning.

We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad in het huisje. Het was een mooi huisje en allemaal netjes schoon. Ook is er vanalles te doen in de omgeving en een leuk restaurantje op het park. Zeker een aanrader dit huisje!!

Met vrienden dit huisje geboekt tijdens een lang weekend fietsen. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een erg mooie omgeving. Perfect om fietstochten te ondernemen. De host is erg aardig en reageert snel. Als ik de volgende keer weer ga fietsen in deze omgeving zou ik hier weer verblijven, het was top!
