Bring the whole family to our place with lots of room for fun. Located in Calvert Texas, we are 30 minutes from College Station, 1 hour to Waco. Bring girlfriends, kids, hunting buddies and stay with us. We offer plenty of parking for larger vehicles and trailers. We are a farming/ranching family. We have squeaky floors and faded clean carpet. Bath is shared with your guest only. We do have “spotty country internet” enough to do work, but might not be strong enough to support 3 tv’s.

This two bedroom unit has comfy king beds, a 55 inch Smart TV, and a modern kitchen, including full-sized washer and dryer. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more comfortable, stylish, or convenient property in BCS.
