Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our beautiful 2019 house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and is conveniently located close to downtown, the airport, Nissan Stadium, the Gulch, and more! One of the three bedrooms is on the main level, while the second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. The accommodations were great, exactly like the pictures! There are a ton of stairs, so if your group consist of older people, make sure you place them on the floor of the kitchen and living room. The rooftop was great and a hit for our group! There was a broken chair and a few burns in the couch upstairs on the roof but the host was responsive and just asked that I take pictures! The checkin process was a breeze, the only issues big groups might run into is, parking. There are very limited spots which is mentioned prior to booking so it was not problem for us! The only issue that we ran into were ants, there were not a ton of them and we just made sure to sweep and keep everything tidy so it wouldn’t create a bigger issue! Upon checkout one person within my party forgot medicine within the fridge and the host was super responsive and arranged for pickup (would have arranged for shipping the item as well) of the item asap! I highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to book again!

Honestly one of my favorite stays to date! Very cozy space, luxe amenities, and great style. I literally took notes for a guest house I’ve been dreaming up. Great communication and a great location, too. Walking distance to coffee shops and several restaurants. Wish I could more than 5 stars.
