Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. Near by Napaling is famous for free diving. And try our reef! 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around".

Caretaker on site with own place, looks after pool , garden and will help and be around as much or as little as you would like. Close to town and Tourist attractions, Swim with Whale Sharks at Oslob, Waterfalls, Beaches, Resorts and Amazing Views at Osmena and Mercado Peaks. Also Mini Van can be hired at house.
