Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hawkesbury River

Our stay was simply PERFECT. Lynn is a super host, and the property was so well equiped. I stayed there for a much needed girls night, and we were all amazed at how well stocked the house was and how beautifully renovated and clean. And to top it all off a gorgeous enclosed back garden for my fur baby. We will definitely be back 🙌

We had a blast at Foy’s Folly! The house is so spacious and peaceful, and the views are just lovely. We watched the stars at night and loved getting warm by the fireplace. Definitely want to come back! Thanks so much Melissa

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage in Kurrajong. The house is spacious and surrounded by peaceful bushland, with lovely walking trails and a great campfire spot. We especially enjoyed the unique cowboy and vintage memorabilia that gave the place so much character. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to cook hearty meals and really make the space feel like home. On our last night, we ended the trip perfectly with a cozy campfire and roasted veggies under the stars. A beautiful, remote getaway—perfect for the Easter long weekend and a much-needed escape from the busy city life.

Our family of eight adults enjoyed our weekend in Pokolbin. We enjoyed the view to the mountains from the balcony and the large yard with three rustic chipping greens to practice our golf. The house was spacious and the ducted air-conditioning provided warmth during some cold winter weather. The BBQ are was also excellent. The property is walking distance to a few cellar doors and a nearby restaurant provided a free shuttle service for convenience. Melissa was a wonderful host and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

A stunning home, full of charm, style and uniqueness. This was one of our best airbnb experiences. The property is clearly loved by the owners. We enjoyed the personal touches, the comfort and the home's architectural features. We enjoyed sitting in front of the sofa, fire cranking and views to a garden of established trees and shrubs. We hope to come back soon.

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. Wonderful stay at Don’s— the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, with so many restaurants, cafes and things to do. Easy access to transit to go into the city or to get to surrounding neighborhoods. Don was very responsive at all times. Would stay again!

Tanya and Col's place was great, its small but comfortable with easy walking to Dee Why beach and shops, and easy access to Manly and surrounds. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was especially during the night and we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely consider this accommodation again.

This was my second time staying at Jeni’s place. The location is fantastic for access to beach and shops. Jeni’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic. Jeni goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need including staples like bread, milk and condiments on arrival. We had a fabulous time and I hope to be able to stay again when we next need to travel to Sydney!

I loved my stay at Catherine & Andrew's place! Super convenient location to all things Manly, I felt like a local. The apartment was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Although it's winter, it was very cosy and warm. They went above and beyond by providing lots of breakfast items, I really appreciated the tea makings. And they were very accommodating by allowing a slightly later checkout. Thank you so much Catherine & Andrew, I hope to stay again very soon!

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

Great B&B. Lovely location

Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

This Airbnb was an absolute oasis! It was the perfect place to decompress after busy times visiting family and exploring my hometown. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and perfectly set up for kids. We really appreciated the privacy and that it had everything we needed. Out of all our stops on a two-week trip, this was hands down our favorite. It truly delivered on that authentic "BnB vibe" with all the thoughtful little extras, which is something you don't always find on the platform anymore. Highly recommend!

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. Our nearly one-month long stay at this AirBnB was an exceptional experience. From the seamless check-in to the incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was not only clean and safe, but also made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the weekly housekeeping and the thoughtful replenishment of kitchen supplies. Fantastic hosts, beautiful house in a great part of Sydney. Darren and Ralph were personable, made an effort to be welcoming and make my stay comfortable.

Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!
