Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Cottage by the Wadden Sea

Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage by the Wadden Sea. The house is big, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, activity room with table tennis, and large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There's peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In the fall you can experience "Black Sun". Possibility of two extra beds for children.

House with sea views in rural idyll with lovely garden. Wake up to the crowing of roosters and watch the cows graze. 20 minutes to Aabenraa/Sønderborg. 30 minutes to Flensburg, Walking, hiking and cycling in beautiful natural surroundings. Golf. Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom. Byhus midt i Ribe med 100 m til Domkirken. Boligen har 2 gode soveværelser, køkken med spiseplads, stor hyggelig stue. Derudover badeværelse på 1. sal og toilet i stueplan. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset

There is a large adjoining garden with a large wooden terrace and a short distance to both Ribe and Rømø. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom as well as a large and bright kitchen with living room.

Stay in charming old farm from the 18th century. The farm belonged in its heyday The King's equestrian foyer and was one of the largest farms in the area which the farmhouse and the breeding buildings are still characterized by. The house is old and the decor has been chosen with respect for history and with a significant part of the family furniture.

The exclusive holiday home under thatch on Keitumer Süderstraße extends over two floors and offers enough space for up to six people on about 100 m². In 2024, the cottage was extensively renovated and furnished with a lot of love to create a perfect feel-good atmosphere.
