We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared — every detail made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

We had an amazing stay for our family Easter celebration . The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything. Tuscan Village which is 5 mins away is really cool . The hosts , Gil and Henry were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Henry in particular was amazing . He really helped us out with local ideas and things to do in Boston . I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or looking for a place to anchor while visiting Boston .

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It was clean and adequate for our needs. We appreciated the private back yard, multiple bathrooms, and large kitchen. Kara was a very attentive host and contacted us frequently to make sure that our needs were met.

Perfect Stay! Booked The Anchor for a quick one-night getaway, and it absolutely delivered. The place was spotless, clean from top to bottom — not a single complaint. The location is perfect, and the sunset view from the house was unreal. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup. If you're looking for a modern, clean, comfortable, and well-located spot in Hampton Beach, this is it. Highly recommend, will be staying again!

I can't say enough good things about this property! It was amazing. The home is beautiful and luxurious. The outdoor space is amazing. It is so peaceful. It feels secluded, yet there are so many things within minutes - from grocery stores and restaurants to parks. Well situated to facilitate day trips from Boston to Maine! Andover is super expensive, but Bill did a great job with this place and the sister adjoining place I've stayed at previously. Great furniture and setup. He was super communicative, and the space was warm and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with all needed items to eat and cook. Absolutely gorgeous back yard and within walking distance to downtown Andover. Well worth the money!

Rachel’s place is a one of a kind! I came with a group of 10, which had everything we needed. The place has its own private entrance, beautiful surroundings and views. It was very spacious as all of us slept comfortably. Rachel is a great host, always responsive and understanding. My love for Ipswich grew solely based off this place. Everything was in top shape and perfect, I’d recommend it to everyone!

Norma’s place was a great stay! We came to NH to celebrate the holidays with our family and this place did not disappoint. Well worth the price and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at the pink cottage and both times our stay was amazing. It also rained both times! Close to downtown Newburyport and steps from the beach this is a prime location for both a private place and close to good food, and shopping. Michael was a responsive host and check in was easy via locked box. The cottage is stocked with basics and items you can use to take to the beach. Will definitely return !

This property was absolutely amazing & it made my wedding party and I feel right at home the second we showed up! Plenty of space, very clean & we all still had our own privacy. The grounds were well kept and stunning. We kept discovering new areas of the home all weekend that we didn’t know about behind each door! The home was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels, linen and beds for a group of 10. The home was spotless and was very comfortable. Anna-Lisa was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for entry into the home, offered lots of recommendations and was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The she shed was a bonus for any mom needing a few moments away.

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

We stayed at Kathy’s Place for 9 days during the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. We felt right at home, the kitchen was fully equipped and I was able to cook several holiday meals - I was actually so grateful not to have to rush out for anything. I was able to work remotely and the office/desk space was great to have. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
