Neoclassical Oceanview Maison in Havana's Downtown

My place is a luxurious neoclassical apartment overlooking the famous Malecon coastline and the entire city. It is located in the heart of Vedado within walking distance to the most emblematic hotels, open air bazars, restaurants, theaters, and right in the center of Havana's nightlife scene. The apartment has two rooms, both with ocean and city views and it’s fully furnished featuring marble floors, decorated ceilings as well as an bathroom with bathtub, spacious living room and full kitchen.

A dining area is highlighted by a large black table surrounded by six blue chairs. A modern chandelier hangs above, and large windows allow natural light to fill the space. A marble fireplace and elegant molding add a touch of sophistication.

We love the neighborhood of our apartment, just in the heart of Havana. 5 minutes walk to the Malecón, 10 minutes to Havana Vieja, Capitolio, Opera, Parque Central, Casa de Música, Boulevard San Rafael.... this 'barrio' is still authentic, you can watch and enjoy the real life of the Cubans, shops, bars and restaurants, one of the most beautiful and famous restaurants around the corner, 'San Cristobal' (Obama visited it)... for me the best quarter of Havana!

My place is close to a main road. Restaurants and dining options are minutes away. Parks are within 10 min walking distance. Havana's Downtown (La Havana Vieja) is about 20 min in car. Guanabo's best view is within 10 minutes walking distance( Bellomonte Mirador) . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

My group had 17 people on a study abroad experience from the United States. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. The host went above and beyond to help us have enough space to have discussions and learning experiences on the terrace. They were flexible with the times we needed to have breakfast depending on our activities for the day. They were absolutely fantastic.

the house of Andros, it was an unforgettable experience, chacha was super friendly with us and we felt at home, thank you very much!

Old Havana - Whole House: PLAZA VIEJA

This is an ideal location. You are literally in the heart of one of the central plazas, which makes it easy for exploring the city on your own. There are restaurants, bars, and shops steps away. The balcony was by far my favorite part. Nothing beats relaxing outside & listening to music while people watching.

This airbnb was great! The host, Adis, messaged us before our flight landed to coordinate a taxi from the airport to the airbnb. The taxi was waiting for us when we landed and then Adis met us on the street when we got to the airbnb - everything was easy and seamless. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. The space itself was very nice. Adis was super accommodating and asked us what time we wanted breakfast each day (breakfast is an additional charge but definitely worth it). My only comment is to bring earplugs with you as the night time noise can make it difficult to sleep. However, this seems to be all of Havana so this is definitely not a negative comment to this place- just a general tip :)

Thank you very much for the hospitality of all of you, we really enjoyed our trip thanks to the stay so close to the most touristy of the city, the experiences in this great country but above all the human warmth we found in this house, we will gladly return again and with the desire to repeat it very soon... greetings!!
