Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hauts-de-France

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Het huisje is fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, mooie badkamer met regendouche, airco's, een tuin en ook nog een zwembad. Je kan vragen om ontbijt service en dan krijg je 's ochtends verse baguettes en croissants aan de deur bezorgd, dat was heerlijk! De omgeving is ook prachtig, vanuit de tuin mooi uitzicht over de wijngaarden en er is van alles te doen in de omgeving. Ik raad ook zeker de champagne proeverij aan bij de B&B. We hebben een hele gezellige avond gehad, Davy's dochter spreekt perfect Engels en vertelde ons over de champagnes en het proces. Al met al hebben we erg genoten van ons verblijf en komen we heel graag nog eens terug. Davy en Sandra bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid!

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Une fois entrés dans le jardin du gîte, nous avons perdu la notion du temps et avons pu profiter pleinement du lieu propice à la détente. Fanny est très sympathique et met un point d’honneur à ce que tout soit parfait.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Logement fonctionnel dans un espace sécurisé et calme. Le patio aménagé est une excellente idée. Géographiquement bien situé pour les visites que nous avions prévues à Compiègne, Chantilly et Senlis. Hôte très réactif . Séjour court mais très agréable.

The entirety of the gite was spotless, beautifully decorated and everything you could need is there. Hot tub overlooking the huge and very pretty garden is fantastic.

Manuel est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Le logement est très propre et facilement accessible. respectueux de l'intimité du locataire

Très bon séjour chez Emilien. Le logement est fidèle à la description, très bien décoré, propre et avec un coin détente exceptionnel. Avec un jardin clôturé pour le chien. C'est parfait pour un week end détente en amoureux. Merci à Emilien pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité au besoin.

Fantastic stay! The host was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and offered a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, with everything in Montmartre just a short walk away.

Die Wohnung war sehr zentral. Man war in ca 10.min zu Fuß am Louvre. Metro war nur ein paar Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Schöne Wohnung, zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Schlafsofa, Sitzplatz draußen, in einem ruhigem Innenhof gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo, Bettwäsche und alle Küchenutensilien die man braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Öl etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Metro, div. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Creperie, Bäcker und Wochenmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Victoria hat sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war immer für uns erreichbar. Da Victoria nicht vor Ort sein konnte, hat uns Regina, die Hausmeisterin herzlich empfangen. Die Gegend ist sicher und zum Glück nicht von Touristen überlaufen. So kann man den Abend abseits der Massen genießen. Vielen Dank Victoria!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. A bientot Marion & Jessi

Floraine's apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, and even included some snacks, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood was vibrant, energetic, and fantastic—lots of great restaurants nearby, an easy walk to the Canal and to the Metro. I highly recommend it!

We loved staying here! The Latin Quarter is an amazing location with tons of food and right next to Notre Dame. The place was comfortable, and where it was me and my teenage daughter, we didn’t mind the stairs to go down to the kitchen and bathroom. It was amazing to have air conditioning. It was HOT in Paris when we were there and it felt so good to come home to a cool apartment every day. Communication with Alain was great! I would totally stay here again!

Francois is an excellent host and his place is just as wonderful. The bed was comfortable, bathroom updated, and basic kitchen necessities are all there. It’s such a pleasant blend of living in the history of a old Paris building but fitted with modern updates and tech. He also uses the latest technology for locks & lighting, which are appreciated. As tourists, we also valued the short walk (less then 2 minutes) to the nearest Metro! We’d stay here again!

Min datter på 13 år og jeg elsker oppholdet hos Anne-Claude og Pascal! Vi ble varmt tatt imot og følte oss trygge i den vakre leiligheten. Fantastiske omgivelser, deilige senger, rent bad og en rik og deilig frokost etter våre ønsker. Leiligheten er svært sentralt plassert med tanke på transport i Paris, og enkelt gangavstand også, hvis man synes det er fint å oppleve byen slik! Det er overraskende stille og fredelig i leiligheten til å være så sentralt. Deilig! Men det aller beste var Anne-Claude sin omsorg for oss, men fantastiske tips til transport, severdigheter og restauranter - som alltid gav oss 10/10 opplevelser! Tusen takk for oss! Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste og håper vi kan komme igjen:)

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet airbnb. Logement au calme en pleine campagne, cuisine bien équipée, literie très confortable. Tout était parfait

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

Pascaline and her husband were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Since we don’t speak French, there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing seriously problematic. Both Pascaline and her husband speak some English, which was enough for basic communication, and for anything more complex, translation apps were very helpful. The surroundings are unbelievably peaceful, with a few horses on the property that add to the special atmosphere. Breakfast was simple — a typical French breakfast — but very tasty and fresh. It was prepared at a time that suited us, which we appreciated. The time of year (early May) was perfect for our stay. If life gives us another opportunity, we would gladly visit them again.

Le charmant village de Montcravel est un petit paradis sur terre, idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région. Le logement Le Roitelet est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel (nous avons craqué pour la gamme Q de bouteille et avons même acheté un vase au Touquet). Literie très confortable. Dispose également d'une terrasse pour profiter des jolies soirées ensoleillées et des chants des oiseaux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions Camille et Marion pour leur accueil et leurs recommandations.
