Located in the farmhouse of an old 17th century mill, cozy gite of 80m2 on the first floor of a horse stable. Old renovated barn that can accommodate 5-6 people. Access by internal staircase leading to a living room and open kitchen. 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and mezzanine equipped with an additional bed (2 places trundle bed). Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).
