Old renovated farmhouse by the river

In a green setting, in absolute tranquility and by the river, a renovated old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom/shower and toilet. Numerous activities within 15 km (Lake Valletta, Himalayan footbridge, Via Fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of fishing on our 1-hectare property, chickens and eggs, donkeys. The accommodation is adjacent to ours, but the stone walls provide very good insulation.

Nestled in a small hamlet in the Haute-Loire, a few kilometers from the Ardèche, our farmhouse is typical of the region and surrounded by meadows and forests full of abundant wildlife. It is comfortable and welcoming and has a very large 6 x 12 m swimming pool with a bird's-eye view of the first bends of the Loire, located 5 minutes' walk below. Remember to bring your bath towels. We only provide bath towels.

CHARMING COTTAGE - BAFOULET

House with lots of charm while retaining a character that leaves no one indifferent. My home is located in the LIVRADOIS FOREZ REGIONAL PARK - The forest is very present on the various hiking trails. The "Le Doulon" river runs through the property. This "little paradise" is the term most frequently used by our guests and it is true that it corresponds well to this place that is dear to us.

The accommodation is located in the middle of nature. It is suitable for lovers of wide open spaces and calm. Please note, in winter, access to the cottage may become impossible with snow. You will need to park your car in the nearby village and walk or snowshoe the last km.
