The rooms have just been completely redone as well as the bathroom. The listing is located opposite the church. The bell rings, it may disturb some people and please others. At the end of our property (2 hectares) is our brand new (2022) built Beekhut next to the babbling brook. A place where you can get away from the world for a while, where you can cook, have a refrigerator and even soon a (solar?) shower! Where you can sit quietly on your own terrace and no one sees you. Where peace, space and nature can come to you in full. Welcome to our Beekhut! Oh yes, pets are only welcome in the Beekhut in consultation!

The Chapel of Coteau

In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).

The attic

In the heart of nature, spend a stay in a 16th century tower. It was once a dovecote, an attribute of the seigneuries in the east of France. You will be in the area of the Château de Roncourt and can enjoy its park of nearly 2 hectares. The tower has been completely converted into a 4-story accommodation. In the shade of a quince tree, a small private terrace in front of the tower will allow you to enjoy the songs of the birds.

Nice cozy nest, perfect for a couple, business traveler or friends looking for greenery and calm. This small house located 15 minutes from Epinal and 20 minutes from the spa towns (Vittel, Contrex) has a terrace (south facing), a fitted kitchen, and a large private parking lot. Upstairs, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk and walk-in shower.
