Welcome to our cottage nestled in the heart of our Duclos Fougeray cider house! You walk through the doors of a 17th century farmhouse, in cob, typically Norman. It looks like you've traveled back in time, but rest assured, modern amenities are there (otherwise we would have provided you with candles and mules)! Our cottage is a bit like a good bottle of cider: full of character, a touch of sparkle, and with a touch of tradition that gives it all its charm.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Discover the Gîte Le Coq en Pâte where the Heude farmer family will be delighted to welcome you in a completely renovated building with a mixture of authenticity and modernity. With a capacity of 15 beds and free parking for 12 vehicles. You will fall in love with this home culminating in a green setting in the shade of an American oak where you will discover the herd of cows grazing the grass in their tranquility and the different colors of crops.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 30 m² apartment on the ground floor, close to the city center and all shops. Free parking. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. You will find the Grand Casino, the Forges Hotel and its wellness area 10 minutes away. For walks: the lakes, the Epinay wood, the green avenue (bike and pedestrian path) to Dieppe.
