A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

The three of us had a wonderful week in Eva's cabin... we felt right at home. Surroundings is quiet and very idyllic... right behind the house and in many other places in the area there are very nice hiking trails with great views when you are upstairs. Eva was always immediately available for questions. We would come back any time!

Randi's house is fantastically located on a large lake. Everything is as described and even beyond. For example, we bought charcoal for the grill because we did not expect something like that to be available in a place to stay. Expectations exceeded! Everything you need is there. All information about check-in and check-out was clear and helpful. If you book this house, you'll have a great time!
