Great stay in a charming, clean and perfectly located home. The residential neighborhood is very quiet, which was ideal for resting, and the accommodation is very well connected by transport. A perfect stay! The accommodation was clean, new, and largely met my expectations. Very beautiful, tastefully decorated – the host clearly has a real talent for interior design! The sheets were incredibly comfortable, I slept super well, and the mattress was just perfect. Everything was impeccable: the cutlery, the coffee machine, and especially the shower that gives a real 3-star hotel atmosphere. Honestly, this is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I recommend it 100%!

Ludivine welcomed us very warmly, did everything to make our stay easier. In addition to the accommodation ideally located for the needs of our stay, we enjoyed excellent bakery 2 steps away for breakfast! Don't hesitate!

This is a super property and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a little difficult to find, mostly because the auto translate on Airbnb wasn’t terribly accurate. Fortunately once we read the original French and looked at the photos, we were able to find our way. The property is excellent Everything we needed was provided. The equipment in the kitchen has been carefully considered. The bed is really comfortable and we slept well in the peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed walking around the nearby ponds in the evenings and in the stillness we were able to watch the many herons which came to visit after the anglers had gone, as well as seeing a water vole swimming around the banks. We were in the area to watch the Paris-Roubaix bike race, and the property is about 15 minutes away from the iconic Mons-en-Pévèle sector, so we were ideally placed to enjoy the race here. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Many thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. The roller shutter behind which the car could be parked on the private property is very nice. Once inside, you are in the beautiful spacious garden, which is beautifully lit in the evening. The room has all the amenities. A great bed, neat kitchen, neat bathroom. For tall people (I am 195cm) the spiral staircase at the entrance is a bit of a challenge and the shower is a bit cramped, but perfectly usable! The bus stop to easily go to the center of Lille is a few minutes' walk away. Laura is friendly. We felt very welcome! This B&B is highly recommended!

This place is perfect for a solo traveler on a weekend in Lille. It has everything you need. Close to a tram station, it is very easy to get to the center of Lille.

Very pleasant stay in this recently refurbished apartment. Very well-equipped, new appliances, tasteful decoration. Quiet neighbors. Check-in procedure with code and lockbox without difficulty. Parking in front if necessary. Tramway - Romarin station - three minutes' walk (it takes you to Lille Flandres train station in two stops). A small supermarket in front of this stop. I haven't seen any other small shops (bakery, greengrocer, etc.) in the immediate vicinity, but Florence will be able to advise you. This rental doesn't seem to be air-conditioned. Modern and practical electric heating (towel dryer in the bathroom, small but well arranged). Spacious and bright kitchen. Good bedding. Small clarification for people with reduced mobility: this apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator access. In short, I recommend this rental without reservation and would not hesitate to stay there again

We had a great time in Lille at David's. Very good and very quiet apartment, although located in the city center. 5 min walk to the subway, ideal. We'll be there again.

A home as described: clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxing. The hot tub and hammam are a real plus, providing an extra moment of well-being. The owners are very friendly and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back. Thank you! ☺️

Very nice accommodation, perfect for a couple. My wife liked it a lot, and we had a great time. When we arrived, no smell contrary to what some reviews might suggest. And despite the fact that it was a Saturday night, with pleasant weather, there was no noise — neither from the street, nor from the laundromat located just below. We even slept with the window open without being disturbed once. The drinks and water bottles provided were a welcome touch. In short, a quiet, clean and welcoming place, perfect for a couple.

We had a great time, Ô Cinq Sens hosted us very well. We were able to test the two accommodations, Bali and Factory, different from each other, but both also pleasant. I highly recommend it, great value for money.

Despite our adventures, Tito always kept smiling and that welcoming warmth that made us feel good as soon as we arrived. From the mojito to the atmosphere, from the decor to the cleanliness of the accommodation, there is nothing to say but "when are we coming back?"
