Thank You, Erica! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house that was arranged for me by Erica, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out to her, Erica was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The beach house itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a 2 minute walk away from the ocean. Erica also provided a wealth of local knowledge, recommending fantastic restaurants, activities, and hidden gems nearby. Her suggestions made my trip even more enjoyable, allowing me to experience the area. I cannot thank Erica enough for her professionalism and service provided . If you're looking for a stunning beach getaway, I highly recommend choosing this home!!

We had a great stay at Toes in the Sand. It was even better than pictured. I was originally worried from the photos that maybe you couldn’t see the ocean from the main living floor, but you absolutely can see the ocean from nearly everywhere in the house. It’s lovely. Such a charming house, quiet, beautiful beach, and near enough to groceries, gas, and anything else you’d need. Also, had a great Oceanside dinner at Fish Heads <30 min north! We loved loved loved our stay at Robert and Jan’s place. Jan was an amazing host! She was attentive, detail oriented very helpful. She offered to pick up and deliver our groceries from the local Fiod Lion. She had left us snack and gifts with a handwritten note. We loved the hot tub evenings right under the NC stars. Pool was heated and kids had plenty to do, among the games in the house and outside beach walks. We will definitely will be back to her place next time to visit the NC OBX.

Paradise!! This home makes you feel like you’re living in paradise! The pictures capture the home but to be there live is on another level! The home was extremely clean and fit our family of 7 perfectly but could have easily added more people to the home. We cooked every day and all cooking utensils we needed were in the home. We walked to Food Lion and Duck Donuts (10-15 min) because there is a sidewalk on the main road. I would absolutely come back to this home and would HIGHLY recommend The Beach House to everyone I know who would like to visit OBX.

Amazing house, great location and everything that was promised. The house was easy to access and Josh was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area and pool were great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Quick walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again next year. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was spotless and perfectly maintained. Everything was just as promised in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Gia’s place. Place was exactly as described - very spacious home for our family of 10 to spread out. Ocean views from the second and 3rd floors. 5 minute walk to the beach - super convenient. Across the street from the Grocery Store - also very convenient. We didn’t have to use our vehicles at all. Would highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

This is our 2nd time staying at Tiffany’s lovely cottage and it was just as amazing as the 1st time. Great location, very clean - such a wonderful little spot. We will be returning again 😊

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Brian is an excellent host. The home was very clean and neat. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've had the pleasure of using at an Airbnb. The location is great. The beach is very nice and was not very busy. We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hygge by the Sea. The location of the house was just a walk away from shops and food. Beach front access from the house was a plus and it was already stocked with beach chairs for us to use. House itself is very comfortable and clean. Great for a family with kids. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great place to stat, really cozy and the rooms were spacious the location is also really great. Close yo a lot of nearby shops and restaurants

Janelle and Adrian are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and perfect. In every way the second you walk in you feel like you are on vacation and you don’t wanna leave. We actually extended our stay because the house was so beautiful and the location of the home was so perfect that we Just needed that one more night before we were ready to say goodbye. They are so quick to respond if you have a problem with anything and they immediately fix it for you I will never use any other Airbnb again when traveling to that area.

Mark and Paul's place is beautiful. it is unfortunate that one of the properties across the road is in rough shape, but all other nearby properties are in excellent condition. The yard overlooking the canal is gorgeous. Do note that as with most properties in OBX, a flight of stairs is necessary to enter the house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless. We, unfortunately had rain, much of the time we were there, but did enjoy the exploring we could do. Absolutely recommend Sunrise Seafood, the fresh shrimp, crab cakes and swordfish were fabulous! Froggy Dog, ok, but not spectacular. We did enjoy Oceanas Bistro...especially the fresh tuna griller! Mark and Paul are not new to Air BNB and their attention to detail shows.

Our stay was great. Ma was very helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need. The house was great, right on the water, very peaceful yet walkable to town.

Our stay at Nita’s home was amazing! The home was exactly as described and perfect for a quick get away to the beach. The beach was also right across the street which was great! We loved the fully functional kitchen, and the king bed was super comfortable. Also, it was a short walk to an awesome coffee shop and a few good restaurants. We would definitely recommend a stay at Nita’s home and hope to be returning to Avon soon!

WOW We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The place was so comfortable and well stacked plus so much more spacious than we anticipated. We loved having breakfast looking at the sound with magnificent views, our puppy enjoyed the huge yard and every night of our stay we walked around the canal looking at marine life in the water. The local restaurants Pop's had the best food and the location of the home was so convenient to either side of the Island. Loved Frisco Beach and the sound side where we saw a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this home.

Gia was an excellent host and her place was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the most beautiful ocean views in the area and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We’ve already recommended her to some of our closest friends…and now to you also!

We have stayed in lots of Airbnb’s and this is my favorite! The house was spotless. It is decorated beautifully… and comfortably. It looks like a better homes and gardens beach house. Clearly Carrie pays attention to details. The kitchen is very well stocked. She even provided a new sponge for dishes. The views are fantastic and the access to the beach was so much fun. Carrie has lots of games, a myriad of books, and toys for kids. The house felt homey and so comfortable. We had a wonderful family trip!

Great house for my family of 3. Very comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful little extras (spices, full complement of kitchen utensils, et.). We really enjoyed our stay here and the host was super responsive and friendly!

We came to Rodanthe to relax and that’s exactly what we did. This is the only Airbnb in the Outer Banks that we’ve considered staying at again. This rental house was more like a home which is rare to find at the beach. So many thoughtful extras to make your stay more enjoyable. The outdoor shower was everything. I didn’t use the shower inside our whole stay. The hot tub was clean and heated up quickly. The master bed was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck talking, laughing, playing games, and enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Beach access is right in front of the house which made for a very short walk back to use the bathroom or get a drink. I appreciated having just one flight of stairs to walk my senior dogs up and down to go to the bathroom. The host was very prompt getting back to me and answering all of my questions. We had a slight issue that was out of the host’s control but they did everything in their power to make it right.

Location was awesome. Close to everything, especially 'The Point'. My husband snores, so the two bedrooms were ideal. And for us; much, much better than our usual spot, tent camping. Great weekend. Thanks, Gail!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed — from kitchen supplies to beach gear. It’s in a peaceful, quiet location, perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views from the deck. The hot tub was a perfect bonus on the chillier early summer days we saw. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-stocked, and serene getaway!

This place was amazing! The house is in a beautiful area and the had everything we needed. We loved being close to town and being on the private beach. We will definitely be back!

This place were everything we hoped for and more. The house was very clean, well decorated, and well supplied with all cooking utensils and anything else you might need. It even had a good selection of spices and seasonings to use for cooking. The space under the house was a great hangout area for kids and adults alike. The view of the sound was amazing and the dock was great. The kayaks and paddle board were a very cool plus. Overall a five star experience and and we hope to come back next year!
