We had a great time at the villa resort!. The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. Just a small suggestion , it would be great if they could provide a kettle in the kitchen for hot water. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly had fun.

He was a great host! Said we could check in early and late as Noone was checking out after. He was really responsive! Definitely recommend

Everything was great! The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The host was friendly and responsive, and the area was very peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely visit again!

We stayed as a group of five families and felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The place was exceptionally clean, and all essentials like toiletries, bed linens, and more were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The pool was a highlight, especially with its colorful lighting and small fountain, creating a relaxing ambiance. The direct beach access was an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the house and truly enjoyed every moment!

We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

Well furnished townhouse for a family gathering. Although the locality is a bit isolated from the rest of Dubai, having a car would solve this issue to access elsewhere. Otherwise, superb place for a family gathering.

I stayed in this house for about 20 days. Everything was great. The house is very functional. Having a parking space and spending time in the garden was wonderful. The house is quite spacious, away from noise, and very quiet. I would definitely choose it again.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

This was my first AirBnB booking ever and Dilshad made me feel welcome from the first 'hello'. My room was clean and tidy (and cool!), communication was excellent, and I liked the area because it's close to an organic cafe. The taxi driver who dropped me there from the airport got a bit lost, luckily I'd studied the map so I knew the way, and I ended up saying to drivers it's near the Oasis Mall, which worked every time! Dilshad was super helpful and a great host!

My wife and I enjoyed the area and the atmosphere. Indeed very clean and quiet place. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey-like place.

Very lovely apartment with close metro and access to JBR beach. Host is very responsive and was very nice- ensuring that everything was okay throughout the rental period. Would recommend this Airbnb and would return in the future.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

The stay was very smooth with a very welcoming host. I highly recommend this place in a very peaceful environment. The attention to detail is amazing with very proactive follow-ups and direction. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Mostly clean except for few dishes had marks but besides that very clean and essential amenities included. Garden very big and had a seating area was nice to lounge in. Check in easy. No complaints, had a good time.

This place is 40 mins away from the downtown. 2. You must have transportation arranged as no public transportation is available from this area. 3. Careem taxi can be booked. However the ride cost will be high as it’s far from the downtown. 4. Community has Carrefour and food outlets. 5. Talabat / Careem food delivery is available. Once booked 6. Make sure the host has sent the guest registration details to the DAMAC Management team. And you are copied in that email.
