A few steps from the beach with tide pools and a swimming area. Air conditioned place for everyone's comfort with an outside shower, and BBQ grill. We are about an hour from San Juan airport and around forty minutes from Aguadilla Borinquen airport. For groups this is conveniently located right next to Kai's Kasita if you want to book it.

New construction efficiency steps from the beach. Enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful towns in Puerto Rico. This town has practically everything when it comes to shopping, eating and beaches. The house was built in 2024 and I love it so much that I decided to build a second story to allow others to experience and enjoy my town. We have solar power, so no power issues for us. We are only an hour and ten minutes direct drive from SJU Airport and 45 minutes from BQN Airport.

The property built in cement has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed of 3 spaces (2 twin and 1 full) and the other bedroom with 2 beds 1 bunk bed size twin and a full bed. Each room has air conditioning and the living room does too. It has a swimming pool and Sun Desk. Fully furnished terrace. Equipped kitchen. 2 full bathrooms, 1 inside and 1 outside.
