Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants. In the local recreation area, there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Ferienhaus Aurelia

On long bike paths you can explore the area. A visit to Speyer and Bad Dürkheim are always worth it. Also particularly recommended is one day in the holiday park with us in the village. In Wachenheim there is the Kurpfalzpark, a leisure and wildlife park for the whole family. The nearby shopping facilities such as Edeka, Penny and Action Markt and the self-catering, e.g. in the doneria at this parking lot. Have a nice stay, family Heendorf!

Forest house with dream view

Our barrier-free "vacation home with a dream view" of the Rhine plain is located on a 950 square meter fenced hillside property at an altitude of 300 meters. It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße. You can also book our "Ferienhaus im Kastanienwald" in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

Lenas’ Haus

Centrally located house (close to culture square)is spacious and welcoming, despite the low ceiling height. The lower floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bedroom with children's room and built-in closet, as well as two more bedrooms with large bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Another bathroom with bathtub completes the picture.

Completely renovated in 2024, the house offers a high-quality ambiance over three floors for relaxing days with family or friends in the Palatinate. ​Inspired by the landscape and its colors and created with consistently natural materials and a lot of attention to detail, the house offers you a fantastically quiet environment within a few minutes' walk from the picturesque old town center of Deidesheim.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
