There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, watch tv in the comfortable living room, or work if you must at the desk upstairs (with a Mountain View). Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.

Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
