The dock is walking distance to the house & there is a loading ramp located just a short drive away in the neighborhood. You will also have access to the fire pit out front & a gas grill on the side.

Located within a 3 mile radius is Dollar General, Local Pub (Inside Out Bar), Barbecue and Chubbys Mexican Joint, Linda’s diner. Sinclair station with great Pizza plus other goodies. Porum Landing State park with 2 boat Ramps and Campground. 20 miles to either Checotah, Eufaula or Warner.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 5 bed 5 bath complete home is just steps away from the water with a private boat dock for easy access to enjoy the beautiful Lake Eufaula located about 2 blocks from the house (free golf cart provided for transport). 4 of the bedrooms are full suites that include full baths. Living areas are large and spacious. Lots of outdoor spaces to make meals and memories or sit back and take in a movie by the fire.
