Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Tiromoana is perfect for a couple, group of friends or a family. The house comprises of 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is all on the one level. Enjoy gorgeous views over Oneroa bay and out towards the islands from the deck and straight out from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions.

Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!
