Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

This is such a gem!! What a beautiful, peaceful apartment with lots of space and a tranquil backyard to enjoy. Elke is simply lovely, a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were only with the two of us, but a family would be so very happy here as she has thought of everything.

**Review for our Airbnb in Wirges** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay in Wirges and are completely satisfied! The place was very clean and tidy, which was a big plus for us. The landlords were incredibly friendly, polite and always helpful. They took great care of us and made us feel right at home. It was especially great that our daughter had the time of her life. A scooter and a bike were provided so she could play extensively and explore the surroundings. We'd love to come back and will also tell our team about this great accommodation. We spent an extended weekend at the place and felt completely comfortable. Very nice hosts who live on the property without being intrusive. They were always available for questions and were not too good for a chat. A home that is also very suitable for children, as you have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Even a cot and high chair were provided. Modern and tasteful furnishings, where nothing was missing. We would come back anytime!

I'm so glad I came here! it was so peaceful and beautiful 😍 it was the perfect place to just chill, enjoy, and write. Michael and Janine are super friendly and always there to help. The bed was super comfy to sleep in so I slept like a baby. My favorite part was the amazing view from the balcony and so private and quiet...what can I say, absolutely fantastic! the only thing that could possibly make it better is if there was a bathroom attached to the cabin so I don't have to walk over to the house every time but I already knew there before I went so regardless of this, I give this place 5 stars because I loved it-- and I'm 100% sure I'll be back💖
