The area offers shopping, animal sanctuaries, cable car, restaurants, movie sets, etc. We are in a nature estate with free roaming animals & fauna and flora expected in such an estate. No additional- or day visitors allowed. Possibility of noise from the resort, golf course and building activities.

An absolute condition of stay is that no parties or loud noise and music is permitted at the house.

The unit is separate from the main house with a private entrance, porch and parking space. We had a great stay, very peaceful. A great close breakaway from Joburg and Pretoria without much travel time. Besides the fun hiking trails it really is also a beautiful place to unwind, play board games or read a book without any distractions. Jacquie, Maka and the dogs 🐕 were all very friendly and incredibly hospitable. Jacquie in particular communicated well, and made excellent recommendations for places to dine at. Excellent views. Would definitely stay again.

10/10 would recommend. Pictures don’t do the place any justice. Julie was quick to respond to our texts. We have an awesome weekend. Only issue we had, was the wifi and the slow connection to the TV. We couldn’t watch a show without buffering but the wifi worked well on our cellphone devices.

A calm lake is observed with floating docks arranged in a geometric pattern, surrounded by greenery. Scenic hills rise in the background, and a sailboat is anchored nearby, adding to the tranquil setting.

Thandi’s place is amazing, the views look spectacular. The place is couple friendly and the host is super responsive and helpful when needed. I cannot stress enough how everything looks like the pictures and for a very affordable price. Overall the place is beautiful and I will definitely be visiting again.
