New Joker shop in the surrounding area, several hiking trails, halibut museum, national park, inland and sea fishing, boat rental nearby. 2 hours by car from Bardufoss airport. 1 hour drive to Finnsnes. 1 hour by fast boat to Harstad. 3 mattresses upstairs in the loft in addition to the two bedrooms. A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
