Thank you for checking out our Family retreat in Plush Oregon. Kjar is Pronounced Care its Danish . Plush is a Special place. At first it seems like the middle of know where but you soon realize it is the middle of the most relaxing place you have ever been. There are so many things to see from Sun stone's to Petroglyphs to the Shirk Ranch, Sitting on the Deck at night watching the Stars. Plush is one of the Darkest places in the west, very little light pollution here. The list is endless.

Welcome to our hidden treasure, it’s time to relax.. Our guest suite (more of an apartment) is tucked away in a low activity & convenient neighborhood. Inset from rd. makes for a quiet & private stay. Close to downtown, hosp., & stores. Comfortably sleeps 4(6 w/pullout). 2 Qbeds (1 firm/1 soft), 52” TV, Roku, games, fast WIFI, Nintendo (old school). Coffee supplies & stocked kitchen. Connected to main house but completely independent (1/2 shared wall) & private entrance. Access to shared yard.

Otley Ranch Guesthouse

This cozy little house, finished in 2020, is located on a small working ranch in Harney County, Oregon. Come to the ranch and relax in the wide open or go explore the many things around the county. Room for a horse in the corrals or pasture. Well-mannered dogs welcome, but please bring a bed or crate for them. I'd rather not have animals on the furniture. RV Hookup available for extra friends or family for an extra fee. Send me a note when you book, and I can adjust the booking for you.

SR Longhorns Parlor

SR Longhorn Parlor is a retired milking parlor. It sleeps 4 comfortably but up to 6. Our 82 acre working ranch is 5 miles from downtown Burns. A quiet place to decompress, hike, bird watch or bike ride. Marshall Ln. is a bumpy 1 mile dirt road that is used by 4 other families. Go slow and keep to your left. If you come across opposing traffic keep right and park (they’ll go around you). Ask us about add on services. We are full time on premises & here to help you customize your stay.

High Desert Hideaway

Pets allowed inside if potty trained. Just a 5.3 miles from town. It is on the south side of Highway 20 east of Burns, you must go past Red Barn Road. There is red reflectors to help find the driveway at night. It’s a on a pivot that with permission and caution about buildings, pivot, equipment and the highway you may shoot ground squirrels and jack rabbits! There is a corral for horses and a kennel for dogs. It is centrally located for horse activities like cuttings, brandings.

This cozy two bedroom home was remodeled in early 2023 and has lots of amenities to offer. Its a great option for extended stays or a quick weekend getaway and sleeps up to four people.
